I am a psychotherapist, pastor, hospital chaplain, and Enneagram facilitator - helping people reconnect with their bodies, their goodness, and their inner knowing as they heal, grow, and become more fully themselves.
I graduated with a Master in Psychospiritual Studies from the Toronto School of Theology, have a small practice as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and offer some chaplaincy work in my community to hospital patients and first responders. My work in the world is to live from the place of my beloved goodness and to remind others of their goodness and belovedness. I feel called to hold space to accompany others in their inner work and to gently honour and be with their emotions as they move them through their bodies.
Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists Ontario (CRPO) (2025)
Graduate of the Toronto School of Theology with a Master of Psychospiritual Studies, Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy Certificate (2026)
After having completed two units of Clinical Psychotherapeutic Education (with the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care) in a hospital setting at Niagara Health, I have extensive experience in providing care and support for patients and their families navigating cancer and other health challenges along with supporting and caring for hospital staff navigating compassion fatigue and traumatic events.
In addition to Psychotherapy, I also offer Enneagram facilitation and workshops, and family support and facilitation of funeral/graveside services. Reach out directly if that would support you.
I’m married to Steve, the love of my life. I’m the mum of three extraordinary daughters, two fantastic sons-in-law, and a dog mum to my beloved Golden Retriever, Teddy.
I am a contemplative soul. Intentional. Curious. Recovering perfectionist. Lifelong learner.
I love sunsets, being near water, yoga, chocolate, tulips, reading, journaling, a paper calendar, and being on the lookout for goodness and beauty.
I am discovering how to live as the beloved and inviting others to join me. My deepest joy is helping others own their wild and precious lives more fully.
